The Santa Clara Police Department is part of a team effort with the City’s government to make Santa Clara a pleasant and safe place to live.  The police department is committed to a problem-solving approach to policing that addresses quality of life issues in its community.  This means having an open and continuing dialogue with it citizens. With outreach programs such as our Neighborhood Watch, Business Watch, DARE, Volunteers, and the Citizens' Police Academy, they involve their citizens in how policing is done in Santa Clara.

The personnel of the Santa Clara Police Department stand ready to serve the Mission City to keep our families and businesses safe and successful.  They currently serve a population of over 100,000.

The Santa Clara Police Department utilizes the Tiburon Records Management System.
