Orlando (FL) Police Department chooses Coplogic's Online Citizen Reporting System

With a population of approximately 220,000, Orlando is the sixth largest city in Florida. The city is perhaps best known for its tourist attractions. Furthermore, both parties will get information in the most timely manner: victims of crime will not need to wait for patrol officers to arrive; and law enforcement agencies will now be able to save hundreds of man-hours.

Especially beneficial to large and diverse communities is the built-in multilingual support. Now victims of crime can contribute crucial information in the language they are most comfortable with. Likewise, officers can read filed reports in the language that they are familiar with. By overcoming potential communication hurdles, the Orlando Police Deparment will be better able to serve their county.
