Two Years of Internet Police Reporting for Federal Way (WA) Police Department

It’s been two years since Coplogic’s citizen police reporting program was launched in Federal Way, WA. We’re pleased to say that, in these two years, the Federal Way Police Department has experienced a drastic improvement in productivity and man-hour savings.
The residents have continued to make use of the new technology, utilizing the citizen police reporting program for any lost property, vehicle burglary, identity theft, harassing phone calls, theft, vandalism, hit & run, or vehicle tampering. The desk officer reporting system has enabled residents to complete police reports in other languages, as well. 
From a technical standpoint, there have been virtually no installment or maintenance problems. The online police report filing program continues to interface seamlessly with the Federal Way Police Department’s Spillman RMS.  
The Coplogic team has maintained a close and effective relationship with the FWPD and looks forward to continuing.
