LEAPS eliminates the possibility of lost documents and forgotten
daily observation reports. Built in notifications can be
set-up to remind FTO's and alert FTO administrators if forms are not
completed or submitted within specified time frames. Progress
reports can be accessed and printed during and after a recruit's
training process for a complete report s that will protect your
agency from wrongful termination suits involving training issues.
CAD Interface
Keep track of calls for service that recruits respond to with
LEAPS' CAD interface. Pull up recruit profiles and view the
types of calls that the recruit responded to. Call histories
are sortable to assist FTO's and FTO administrators in determining
the types of calls a recruit still needs to respond to and to assist
with completing daily, weekly, and phase observation reports.

certain shifts a fast and convenient tool. Recruits and FTOs
can be emailed new assignments and can view those assignments within
the application. Our scheduling feature makes distributing
recruits across various shifts easier and eliminates the possibility
of assigning two recruits to a single FTO for a specific

"knowledge" with LEAPS' online documents that can be made available
